Phillips Law Office, LLC

JP still works daily as an attorney.  Although her main focus is PCC and LAA, JP takes on cases to continue to help good people in need of legal service.  JP’s firm concentrates on the following areas:

Consumer Bankruptcies:  JP works on helping consumers decide on what course of action that they need to take with respect to their consumer debt issues.  We strive to give honest and accurate information to consumers with respect to their current financial situation.  PLO files Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases on behalf of consumers.

Consumer workouts:  PLO works to help consumers work out debts with creditors to avoid court judgments and bankruptcies.  Not every consumer needs to file a bankruptcy case to deal with consumer debt, and PLO is there for the client every step of the way.

Loan Modifications:  PLO works through the unruly sea of mortgage company chaos.  Who better to work on your loan modification than an attorney?  After all, a mortgage is simply a contract.  Attorneys work with contracts to modify and improve the terms on a daily basis, and PLO is no different.

Corporate Bankruptcies:  JP works with corporations dealing with Chapter 11 reorganizations and Chapter 7 liquidations.  It is a tough time for companies faced with debt when they are without the appropriate information as to what Chapter that they need to seek out.  It is a matter of understanding what the corporation truly needs and what it is able to do moving forward.  PLO has the advantage in this matter, because of the processes that can be implemented by both the PLO and the PCC.

Corporate Contracts:  PLO helps corporations negotiate contracts that greatly impact their business cash flow, including, but not limited to: leases, distributors, mailing, utilities, and insurance.
