Loan Modification Pre-intake Forms:  LAA provides a proven pre-intake forms to provide to help both the client and attorney understand the potential for a loan workout/modification.

Mortgage Communication System:  LAA has seasoned veterans that understand what is required for consideration by each individual loan company.  Cutting down substantial time for both the clients and the attorney in getting the process started.

Document Collections From Clients:  LAA knows what documents are needed so they collect these documents directly from the clients and send a complete package to the mortgage company and ensure receipt.

Initial Report System:  LAA provides attorney with complete packages and initial reports to allow the attorney a head start in opening up negotiations.
