Bankruptcy pre-intake forms: LAA provides proven forms that help both the new and experienced attorney to determine what might be the appropriate bankruptcy chapter which a client should file. LAA also provides forms that the attorney can provide to their clients to ensure that all the appropriate information is gathered and documents are collected by the attorney for the filing of a petition with the court.
Form Letter System: LAA provides a system of letters that will help both the attorney to communicate with the client and will help the client understand the process that they are going through.
Petition Preparation: LAA drafts the petition for the attorney.
Petition Filings: LAA files the petition in the appropriate court on behalf of the attorney.
Attorney Guidance Program: LAA most unique feature is the Attorney Guidance Program. We provide mentoring for new and experience attorneys. We offer personal guidance with each case by reviewing the petitions for potential issues and help guide attorneys on how to deal with those issues. We offer weekly 1 hour meetings to discuss all cases pending to help the attorneys make the right decisions in each case.
