Managed by Jill L. Phillips with assistance of Lead Attorney Administrator, Samantha Einhorn, Esquire
Overview:
LAA started out due to increasing demand by several attorneys and by Jill L. Phillips’ own experience as a solo practitioner. Many attorneys want to work for themselves but simply do not have the cash flow to hire a full time administrative staff, and the largest issue in becoming a solo practitioner is the fact that an attorney is limited to the amount of work they can take on without a support staff. LAA helps the solo practitioner or the small firm to increase their volume without the overhead cost of administrative staff.
LAA is structured to be affordable to attorneys with a flat fee rate per case that they submit to LAA. Additionally, LAA provides attorney review of all documents that are drafted by our company before they are finalized for the hiring attorney’s use.
LAA provides administrative support for bankrutpcy, loan workouts and closings. |
